Rows 020 to 080 of C 05.02 of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 (ITS on Supervisory Reporting) include instruments according to Article 484 (4) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR), i.e. instruments and related share premium accounts that qualified as original own funds under national transposition measures for point (ca) of Article 57 and Article 154(8) and (9) of Directive 2006/48/EC. Directive 2006/48/EC has been repealed by CRR and Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD IV), nevertheless certain articles remain applicable in the context of transposition measures. The original Directive 2006/48/EC including all changes can be found at http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?qid=1405692774425&uri=CELEX:02006L0048-20130701.
