Inconsistencies of the CRR due to the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/62
- Question
-
How should institutions deal with incorrect references?
- Background on the question
-
Art. 456(1)(j) CRR empowers the EU Commission to adopt a delegated act amending the calculation of the leverage ratio (LR) as set out in Art. 429 CRR. This delegated act was already published as “Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/62” in the Official Journal of the European Union and has already entered into force. However, not all changes set out in the aforementioned Regulation are reflected throughout the CRR. Hence, there are still provisions und references referring to the former Art. 429 CRR.
